In-House Legal Counsel, Logistics & Compliance

Kex Express is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to serve as the in-house advisor for logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations across the United States. You will support commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution while enabling growth in freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, intermodal, and cross-border logistics. The role requires a JD, active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction, and 5+ years of experience in logistics or
