Experienced Opportunity: Be a part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact.

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs). Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Our Ideal Candidate Holds a current license from WA State as an LaBA. Strong work ethic with patience and resilience. Passionate about helping children. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Reliable transportation.

Must pass a criminal background check. Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others. Certification as BCaBA.
