Senior Director, Corporate Development & Strategic Growth

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director Corporate Development to lead transactions from target assessment through integration. This on-site Irvine-based role partners with executive leadership to shape growth strategy in the corporate development function. You will build financial models, evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisitions, negotiate terms, coordinate due diligence, and prepare materials for the Board of Directors. A background in healthcare or medical devices is valued.
