Senior Major Gifts Advisor

Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) seeks a Philanthropic Advisor to join its Philanthropic Strategies team as a frontline fundraiser focused on six-figure and above gifts, including $1M+ principal gifts. You will manage a 125–150 donor portfolio, qualify new prospects, and grow CJP’s donor pipeline while collaborating with senior leadership and volunteers. The role blends principal gift work with campaign exposure, offering growth opportunities within a major nonprofit campaign.
