We are looking for a Cast Rover Operator to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Cast manual cast floors Operate pressure cast machines both manual and auto demold machines Finish ware, perform mold maintenance including acid wash and TPM tasks perform Cast Shop Support task, perform Cast Shop Handyman task. Must be clean shaven to wear a respirator when required. Must be PIV certified, fork truck and tugger. Must be able to use hand tools and other tools as needed. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs. Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred. Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
