Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with steady work history, strong hand-eye coordination, and an interest in clean-room medical device manufacturing. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will support the production of high-quality medical device products in a controlled manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, follow structured Standard Operating Procedures, and build valuable experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform medical device assembly in a clean-room manufacturing environment while following established SOPs and quality standards. Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines. Complete data collection, basic computer entry, and documentation accurately and on time. Conduct visual inspection and hand assembly using measuring equipment and fine motor skills. Adapt to changing production needs, including movement between teams, buildings, or facilities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area while supporting team goals and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $24.50 to $27.90 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Location: Santa Clara, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Shifts available: Day, swing, and graveyard. Background check and drug test required.
