Industrial Engineering Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Record and document manufacturing processes to support time studies and process evaluations.- Assist in gathering and organizing production and workflow data.- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to understand process flow and identify improvement opportunities.- Assist with updating process documentation, work instructions, and project records.- Perform other entry-level manufacturing and process improvement projects as assigned.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and interact professionally with production employees.- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.- Interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
