Senior Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Land Development to join a growing team in the Denver market. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong civil engineering and land development background who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships, and mentoring project teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead land development projects from initial planning and design through permitting and construction
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall delivery
- Oversee civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, roadway and site infrastructure
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
- Review plans, technical reports, calculations, and construction documents
- Navigate local entitlement, permitting, and agency approval processes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and help identify new project opportunities
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and project staff
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Approximately 8+ years of civil engineering / land development experience
- Proven experience managing land development projects and project teams
- Strong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design
- Experience working with municipalities and reviewing agencies in Colorado is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Civil 3D / AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Colorado PE license preferred
