Responsibilities:
Respond to client requests for appliance service Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems Estimate the costs of appliance repair, and service Repair appliances Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services Adhere to manufacturer recommendations Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications:
Appliance repair certification preferred 3 years previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is required Valid driver's license Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills
