Instructional Design Manager

Key responsibilities: Manage and supervise the instructional design team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality course development Evaluate online instructional approaches and implement continuous quality improvement strategies in partnership with faculty Design and implement production procedures for timely and efficient course development while ensuring compliance with educational standardsRequired qualificationsMaster's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field Five years of related experience, including supervisory experience and management skills Experience in instructional design and development for fully online and hybrid academic courses Proficiency in integrating technology into online instruction Experience with project management and course authoring tools is preferred
