Leasing Manager

We are a growing property management company seeking a lively and motivated candidate to join our team! We own and manage properties in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, including Luxury New Construction! We are looking for outgoing, friendly, energetic people who will thrive in a team atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will be adept at time management, multi-tasking and possess superior customer service skills. We are looking for someone who has leadership skills as we like to promote from within. 75% of our leasing consultants and assistant managers are promoted within a year. Benefits package includes: full health, dental insurance after 90 days employment, eligibility for a raise 6 months after start date, immediate PTO accrual, 80 hours of vacation after 6 months, and 4% matching 401k options after 1 year of employment. Weekly and monthly bonus potential! Prior residential or leasing experience is a plus - but is not required. We will provide training!
