Starting Pay: 1st Shift $20-$25/hour2nd or 3rd Shift $24-$30/hour

Stevens Industries is growing, and we're looking for Machine Operators to join our team! As a Machine Operator, you'll operate equipment such as saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery, while helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications Assist other operators and team members Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Communicate with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors Jump in where needed to keep production moving
Requirements:- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment
- Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
