The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in Towson, MD is hiring an Instructional Designer to design and develop training programs for e-learning, instructor‑led, and blended delivery. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to storyboard and develop courses, manage curriculum documentation, and implement learning solutions while ensuring learning objectives are met. Some travel to training events is required and Power BI reporting support is expected.
