Job Description
Senior Product Designer:
Lead the design of thoughtful, scalable digital experiences that are rooted in user needs, aligned with business goals, and integrated with service and operational realities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
- Translate research and insights into actionable experiences (via an experience architecture)
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIPartner with product and engineering in triad model
- Participate in prioritization, roadmap shaping, and sprint planning
- Elevate design quality through critique, mentorship, and pattern stewardship

- Designs accessible, scalable, and developer-friendly interfaces
Nice-to-Have
Experience in healthcare, complex workflows, or regulated environments
Exposure to service design, change management, or behavioral science
Skilled in storytelling, stakeholder management, or facilitation
