Cisco Voice EngineerTTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to join our team in supporting a mission-critical, technology-driven program. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Cisco Unified Communications solutions within a secure environment. The Cisco Voice Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and deploying new Cisco Voice infrastructure such as CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, and UCCX.Key tasks include implementing next-generation voice technologies, participating in security accreditation activities, and managing PKI/certificate requirements. The role also involves performing system upgrades and lifecycle maintenance, supporting new site standups with dial plan design, executing call routing tasks, and collaborating with internal teams on network integration activities. Additionally, the engineer will ensure compliance with security procedures and support secure communications infrastructure. Senior Requires a minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill.
