Wellness CoachPay Range $15-$16 Part Time – evening shifts 5pm-8pm. 10+ hours per week with potential to increase hours. Our Wellness Coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members. You'll be the face of the Wellness Center—present, approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand with equipment or answer questions. From keeping fitness areas spotless and organized to celebrating our members' personal wins, you'll help build a community where everyone feels like they belong. Characteristics: Aware of safety considerations and guidelines for individuals with limitations Both motivated and a great motivator Sense of privacy or confidentiality with sensitive information Passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and knowledgeable of contradictions Inclusive of all levels of health and fitness, personality types, etc. Flexibility to adjust task priorities Why the Y?Amazing 403B retirement plan with unprecedented company contributions.
