Director of Inventory Planning & Forecasting

Quince is seeking a Head of Planning to join our growing Operations team. You will lead all Inventory Planning and Forecasting for a defined business area, driving in-stock levels, turns and ROI while partnering with sourcing, merchandising and technology. This senior IC role balances analytical rigor with strategic collaboration and hands-on execution, reporting to the VP of Inventory Planning. You will help shape future planning processes as Quince scales across categories and markets.
