The role: Direct line to the founders. High ownership from day one. No layers, no hand-holding. Half your time is owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients at C-Suite level. You’re not supporting these accounts - you’re running them. Setting strategy, driving implementation, and being accountable for outcomes. The other half is working directly with the founders on what gets built next - product roadmap, GTM, how the business scales. You’ll be expected to have a genuine point of view and the credibility to back it up. This is not a coordination role. It’s not a support function. If you want to execute someone else’s playbook, this isn’t it. Who they’re looking for2–6 years out of IB, consulting, PE, or a high-growth startup.
