Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on private capital markets, including funds, investors, and portfolio companies
  • Monitor industry trends, fundraising activity, and competitor strategies to inform investment and business development decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, databases, and analytical models to track market activity and opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal teams and senior leadership
  • Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities in fundraising, deal flow, and market positioning
  • Support investor targeting, segmentation, and outreach strategies
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, competitive benchmarking, and market intelligence initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Understanding of private capital markets, investment strategies, and fund structures
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for research reports and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Interest in private markets, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic intelligence
