This is a high-accountability role for someone who leads from the floor and never lets a damaged or incorrect item walk out the door.

Key Responsibilities: Team LeadershipLead, train, hire, and fire warehouse staff Hold the team to a consistent, high standard of performance Inventory & Quality ControlOwn the full flow from receiving to load-out for furniture and staging inventory Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across internal systems Ensure every item is inspected before acceptance or shipment Oversee restoration of damaged items - repair, restock, or retire Warehouse OperationsEnsure loads are scanned and ready before trucks leave - no early or rushed departures Stock and reorder crew kits, tools, and warehouse supplies Keep the floor clean, organized, and safe Write and improve operational protocols; report on progress weekly QualificationsProven experience leading, hiring, and managing a team Hands-on experience running a warehouse or large inventory operation Comfortable working with inventory software and barcode scanning systems Strong process-writing and improvement skills Highly organized, hands-on, and self-directed Interested?
