Client Experience Specialist

Bridgewater Bank in Bloomington seeks a Client Specialist to be the face of the Deposit Services team, delivering exceptional service whether in person, by phone or email. You will handle transactions, assist clients, verify identities, balance drawers, and support compliance with BSA and procedures. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM with no weekends, and a benefits package including a hybrid model.
