Project Executive (Construction Healthcare projects)

Compensation: $230K to $275K+ total package Wealth Building: Ownership opportunity plus 401(k) match

What you’ll do: Own multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout Be the main point of contact for healthcare owners, facility directors, and design teams Lead and mentor PMs, PEs, and Superintendents Navigate HCAI/OSHPD plan review, inspections, and closeout Manage work in occupied hospitals, including ICRA, phasing, and shutdowns Drive financial performance and support business development
