Chief Donor Growth & Philanthropy Officer

Covenant House Florida is seeking a Senior Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead the development program, with emphasis on major gifts and donor growth across Florida. You will work with the CEO and Board to drive revenue goals, cultivate high-capacity donors, and steward key corporate partnerships. The role requires strategic fundraising leadership, strong team management, and the ability to represent the organization publicly. Travel throughout Florida is required to engage donors and events.
