Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and dynamic environment. Unit Information Unit Size: 12 Beds Staffing: Night Shift: Ideal staffing for a full unit is 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, and 1-2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).Patient Ratios: 4:1 Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Floating Requirement: Staff may float in rotation as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Must have relevant experience in a PCU or similar setting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced monitoring equipment and procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Best Personality Fit Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care.
