Senior Software Engineer

Location: Remote, with onsite travel to corporate offices a few times per quarter

Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 base salary, depending on experience and level

Overview: We are seeking Full Stack Developers at multiple levels, from Senior Developer through Lead Developer, to help build, modernize, and support enterprise web applications using Microsoft and modern front-end technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in C#,.NET, Azure, Angular, Type Script, and related full stack development tools, and who enjoys working across both application architecture and hands-on coding. This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be willing to travel onsite to the corporate offices a few times per quarter for planning sessions, team collaboration, and key project meetings.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and support full stack web applications using C#,.NET, Angular, Type Script, and Azure. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and application integrations. Develop modern front-end interfaces using Angular, Type Script, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.Work with SQL Server and related database technologies to design queries, stored procedures, and data models. Use Entity Framework, LINQ, and other. NET tools to build scalable and maintainable data access layers. Participate in cloud-based application development, deployment, and support within Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, QA, Dev Ops, and other developers to deliver reliable software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end, back-end, database, and cloud environments. Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and development best practices. For Lead-level candidates: mentor developers, help guide architecture decisions, lead technical planning, and support project delivery across development teams.

Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with C# and. NET /.NET Core. Experience building full stack web applications. Front-end development experience with Angular and Type Script. Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, and writing efficient queries. Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application development. Experience with source control tools such as Git, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, or similar. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel onsite to corporate offices a few times per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with React or other modern Java Script frameworks. Experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, or cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, or enterprise application architecture. Experience modernizing legacy. NET applications. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and secure coding practices. Prior experience in a senior, lead, or mentoring capacity.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a hands-on full stack developer who is comfortable working across the full application stack, from database and API development to modern front-end interfaces. They should be able to contribute technically, communicate clearly with business and technology teams, and help deliver scalable, high-quality applications in a Microsoft/Azure environment. For Lead-level candidates, the ideal person will also bring strong technical leadership, mentoring ability, and experience helping shape architecture, standards, and delivery practices. Compensation & Work Arrangement This role offers a base salary range of $125,000 to $160,000, based on experience and level. The position is remote for the majority of the year, with required onsite visits to the corporate offices a few times per quarter for collaboration and planning.
