Growth-Driven Learning Experience Designer

Skechers is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver curricula for frontline retail teams, warehouses, and HQ. You will partner with the Learning Team to close capability gaps, create scalable e-learning, and measure impact on performance across the organization. The role requires hands-on instructional design, proficiency with Articulate and LMS platforms, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
