Document Preparation and Scanner Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Prepare documents by removing staples, paperclips, and smoothing wrinkled pages prior to scanning. Operate high-speed scanning hardware and imaging software to digitize paper files. Inspect digital image quality to ensure all scanned documents are clear, legible, complete, and properly oriented. Index and name digital files according to established organizational naming conventions. Upload digitized records into the company's internal document management systems or cloud storage. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive, personal, or proprietary business information in alignment with data privacy regulations. Reassemble or securely dispose of original physical documents based on company retention policies.
