Collaborating & Growing – Work alongside top-tier consultants, contribute to business development, and support team members' professional growth. Educational Background – Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field from a top university. Professional Experience – 5+ years in management consulting, business analysis, or a related field (top-tier consulting firm preferred).Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to structure ambiguous challenges, apply problem-solving methodologies, and drive data-informed decision-making. Client-Facing & Communication Skills – Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities, with expertise in PowerPoint and presentations. Agility & Business Transformation Expertise – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing organizational change. Adaptability & Travel Readiness – Comfortable in fast-paced environments, working on-site with clients, and open to traveling up to 80% as needed.
