Strategic Ops Lead: Federal BD & Proposals

Airbase is seeking a Strategy & Operations lead who will work directly with the CEO to win and execute on cross-functional scope, splitting time between go-to-market and business operations, owning outcomes end-to-end as the company grows. You will plan and execute the federal pipeline, shape contracting strategy across OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs, BPAs, and GSA, and manage proposal operations, contracts, and finance support to keep programs on track in a fast-moving startup environment.
