What You'll Do:
Work on a variety of CNC machines.
Prepare metal products for painting, packaging, and shipment.
Clean and prep surfaces by removing grease, dirt, rust, and contaminants.
Mask and protect areas that should not receive paint coatings.
Hang parts on the paint line and ensure proper spacing for quality finishes.
Inspect painted products to ensure they meet quality standards with zero defects.
Package, label, palletize, and stage finished products for shipping.
Use hand tools and power tools to support production and packaging operations.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for up to 10 hours per day.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Basic experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Preferred QualificationsCNC Machine Operator Experience
- Paint line, paint room, powder coat, or paint preparation experience.
- Assembly line or machine operation experience.
- Previous quality inspection or quality control experience.
- Warehouse experience including picking, packing, and shipping.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
