Shifts + PayPay: $23-26 depending on shift and experience1st ShiftMonday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd ShiftMonday – Thursday2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
What You'll Do:
- Assemble cable and fiber optic components to detailed specifications
- Perform precision assembly using hand tools and assembly fixtures
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions
- Build, route, terminate, and inspect cable assemblies
- Perform electrical testing, continuity testing, polarity checks, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testing
- Operate assembly equipment, molds, and plastic injection devices
- Conduct visual inspections and ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow Lean Manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals
- We're Looking For Candidates With 1+ years of experience in assembly, electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optic assembly, manufacturing, production, or wiring
- Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or electrical test equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Details:
