Litigation Associate Financial Services

Responsibilities: Handle complex commercial and financial disputes. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials. Conduct depositions and assist with hearings and trial preparation. Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with clients and colleagues. Support practice development and client relationship initiatives.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience with lending disputes, commercial real estate, or loan enforcement preferred.
