Summary: Prepare conveyors with final assembly functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all parts are present on the bill of materials and blueprints.
- Attach all final labels to conveyor.
- Ensure all parts are securely fastened to skid or conveyor for shipping.
- Cover conveyor with plastics, shrink wrap, and put braces where necessary for safe shipment of product.
- Operate stand up lift and forklift.
- Complete all shipping paperwork correctly.
- Use power tools and hand tools, as necessary.
- Keep area clean and organized.
- Work in a team environment and follow safety rules.
- Complete paperwork correctly and report labor accurately
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Education and/or Experience
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
