Remote Service Experience Concierge

Ocean Cadillac is seeking a Remote Service Experience Coordinator to own the guest experience for all remote and mobile services, from booking through completion. This role combines responsibilities from mobile service, roadside assistance, loaner coordination, and appointment setting to deliver a seamless, Cadillac-standard journey for clients. You will liaise with clients, schedule technicians, present estimates, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
