Requirements: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others. Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems. Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field. Experience in food, dairy, or high-volume manufacturing environments. Prior supervisory experience leading hourly maintenance teams. Exposure to preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.
