Process Optimization Engineer - High-Volume Manufacturing

American Nitrile is seeking a Processing Engineer to own day-to-day process performance on dip lines. You will set and verify process parameters, investigate deviations to root cause, and drive trials and improvements to raise first-pass yield and reduce cost per thousand gloves. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance, support line startups, and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO quality systems while maintaining safe operations.
