Emergency Preparedness SME - Naval Crisis Response & Training

International Executive Service Corps seeks an Emergency Preparedness (EP) Subject Matter Expert to provide part-time support (up to 29 hours per week) to NAVSEA 04 in developing, maintaining, and improving emergency preparedness and crisis-response capabilities. The EP SME will travel to SEA 04 headquarters at the start to coordinate with stakeholders, set goals and deliverables, and create a timeline for required products, with additional travel as needed for meetings, training, and operations.
