Remote Software Implementation Specialist

Journal Technologies is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to drive software rollouts, gathering requirements, configuring environments, and delivering training. You will serve as the customer-facing expert on our product offerings and implementation processes, coordinating with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves working with Java, Windows Server, databases, and REST/SOAP APIs, plus travel to client sites as required.
