Overview:
A multi-site outpatient therapy provider is seeking a hands-on clinical leader to manage a local treatment center. This role combines direct patient care with operational oversight, staff supervision, and business development, making it ideal for a therapist ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to treat patients.
What you'll do:
- Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations
- Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
- Evaluate and treat a full caseload of patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
- Ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
- Drive local growth through marketing and relationship-building with referral sources
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
- Current state licensureCPR certification
- Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems
- Ability to stand or walk for full shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
