Bindery Folder Operator

Responsibilities: Set up and operate folders according to job specifications. Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions. Adjust machine settings to accommodate various paper stocks, sizes and fold configurations. Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency. Inspect finished products for proper fold sequence, alignment and overall quality. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness. Record production data and report quality, maintenance or operational concerns. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with pressroom, bindery and production teams to meet customer delivery requirements. Must have at least 1 year experience operating machinery. Must have the physical ability to lift (up to 60 lbs.), push, pull, stand, reach and/or stoop during shift Must have attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Must have a team-oriented attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and waste reduction.
