Assessment and Planning Conduct a risk assessment. Identify critical business applications and their dependencies. Design microservices architecture for decoupling applications. (In progress) Implement scalability and reliability - don't build technical dependencies Data Backup and Recovery Establish a regular backup schedule using AWS Backup or Amazon S3.Implement cross-region replication for critical data. Test recovery procedures to ensure data integrity. Integration with Dialer, Connect, and CRM platforms for seamless data exchange Monitoring and AlertsSet up Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring resource health. Configure AWS CloudTrail for logging API calls. Create alerts for key metrics and potential failures. Set up automated notifications through SNS for alerting teams (PagerDuty) Create list of KPIsSet benchmarks for performance level of each KPI, align KPIs with business goals (response times, resolution rates %)Develop dashboards in CloudWatch for visualizing KPIs, dashboards are real-time view of system performance Compliance and Security Build and implement the best practices for access control and data management (PWC Audits) Fault Tolerance and Auto-Scaling Implement Auto Scaling groups for dynamic resource management. Review and update the resiliency strategy based on test outcomes. Documentation and Training Document the resiliency strategy, including procedures and contact information. Train staff in disaster recovery processes and AWS tools. Ensure knowledge transfer for ongoing management and improvements.
