Responsibilities include overseeing tax strategy and financial reporting, managing tax considerations related to investments, reinsurance transactions, and corporate structuring, and leading an established tax team. The role also involves partnering with senior executives and providing guidance on complex tax and business matters. Candidates should have 12–15 or more years of progressive tax experience, including substantial Property & Casualty insurance expertise. A CPA and/or Master of Science in Taxation is required. Applicants should have strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory tax accounting, including ASC 740 and SSAP 101, consolidated tax compliance, and insurance-specific tax regulations.
