Job Description: Sr. Python/React Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Long TermJob Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer specialized in Python and React to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and designing scalable, robust back-end microservices using Python. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between functional UI/UX designs and high-performance server-side logic
Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development:
- Design, implement, and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using
- React.js. Translate mockups and wireframes into clean, high-quality code.
- Back-End Architecture:
- Write effective, scalable, and reusable
- Pythoncode using modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, orFlask).APIIntegration:
- Design and build secure, high-performanceRESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless integration between the front-end components and back-end logic.
- Database Management:
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) to optimize storage, run complex queries, and manage data pipelines.
- Performance Optimization:
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across various web browsers and infrastructure environments.
- Collaboration
- Quality Assurance:
- Participate in code reviews, write comprehensive technical documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, and DevOps)
Required Qualifications
Skills
Experience:
6 years of professional software engineering experience working with full-stack applications.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).React Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and core
- React.jsconcepts, state management workflows (e.g., Redux, Context API), and front-end build tools.
- Python Skills:
- Solid experience with server-side logic inPythonand at least one major framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).Tooling
- Ecosystem:
- Direct experience with
- Gitversion control and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, clear communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
