Apply for this role →To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Structural Engineer will perform innovative design engineering, including developing plans, reviewing structural calculations, and managing multiple assignments to ensure safe and cost-effective construction processes across various project types.
Key responsibilities:
Develops and mentors less experienced engineers while solving design issues and generating innovative solutions
Reviews and corrects engineering and design documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and standards
Leads mid to major-sized projects independently, managing project objectives and scope changes effectively
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required
10 - 20 years of relevant experience in the Industrial or Power Generation industry
Ability to train and lead a team of engineers on complex projects
Strong skills in developing and presenting well-structured written and verbal communications
Experience in collaborating across departments to solve complex problems and improve processes
