Senior Real-Time Translation Engineer

LILT is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the Converse expansion, owning architecture for the real‑time translation service and customer surfaces. You will work with Product, Design, and early partners to shape the streaming pipeline and live meeting experience, building scalable, high‑reliability systems. You will also extend the translation platform to new devices/form factors, define engineering standards, and guide CI/CD and testing.
