Apply for this role →ATC Healthcare Services in Indiana is seeking an In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) to join our field team serving Muncie and surrounding areas. You will drive to client homes, complete orientations and paperwork, and assess ADLs/IADLs, home environment, and caregiver fit.
You will train families on the plan of care, perform follow-up visits, and document notes the same day. The role is 100% PRN with no minimum hours; most visits are daytime, Monday–Friday, and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS
