Key Responsibilities: LeadERP modernization, upgrades, and cloud migrationinitiatives. Drive enterprise-widedigital transformation and technology innovation. Oversee the integration and adoption ofAI/ML, RPA, and IoTtechnologies. Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with broader business objectives. Build, lead, and develophigh-performing engineering teamsacross a global organization. Partner with senior technology and business leadership to deliver large-scale transformation programs. Establish engineering standards, architecture practices, and delivery methodologies. Drive modernization of legacy platforms and enterprise technology environments. Manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from strategy through execution. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For: 15+ years of experience insoftware engineering, technology, or enterprise IT leadership. Proven experience leadinglarge-scale engineering organizations or teams. Strong background incloud transformation and enterprise modernization. Experience withERP platforms and large-scale ERP initiatives. Exposure toAI/ML, RPA, IoT, and emerging technologies. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of modern cloud and engineering architectures. Demonstrated ability to work withC-suite and executive stakeholders. Experience managing global or geographically distributed engineering teams. Strong strategic leadership combined with the ability to drive execution.
