Patient Engagement & Wellness Director

Briarwood Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Activity/Recreation Director to develop and deliver engaging activity programs for residents, while coordinating with staff, families, and the community. The role involves planning monthly calendars, attending care plan meetings, and documenting resident participation to support therapeutic outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a state-approved Activity Director training and professional licensure or certification in therapeutic recreation or related
