OneSparQ is seeking a Drinking Water Project Manager for a leading engineering consulting firm based in Tampa, FL.*This is a fully remote opportunity that requires approximately 10-25% travel for project-related activities.*Required Skills 10+ years of consulting engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Florida, or California, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocityBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental EngineeringStrong project management and project delivery experience within civil and environmental engineeringIn-depth knowledge of municipal drinking water systems and related engineering principlesThorough understanding of applicable state and federal regulationsExperience developing proposals, project scopes, budgets, and schedulesPreferred Qualifications (not required) Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental EngineeringResponsibilitiesLead and manage water system planning, design, and construction projectsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution and deliveryDevelop overall project delivery strategies and partner with leadership to establish project approaches and solutionsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, presentations, and proposal discussionsTake ownership of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholdersPrepare and deliver presentations to clients, leadership, and project teamsCoordinate with state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirementsOversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful outcomesBuild and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work and project growth
