Business Development Director

Essential Functions: Business Development Strategy - 10% Develops and executes strategies to secure new opportunities and prioritize leads. Client Relationship Management - 20% Builds andmaintainsrelationships with clients and stakeholders. Strategic Planning - 10% Supports business planning and market analysis. Pipeline & Pursuit Leadership - 25% Leads pursuitstrategy and proposal efforts. Monitor and track opportunities in CRM system. Presentation Leadership - 10% Prepares and coaches teams for presentations. Market Engagement / Customer Relations - 15% Representscompanyat industry events. Strengthens customer and community relationships. Leadership & Culture / Continuous Improvement - 10% Promotes culture and staff development. Captures feedback and tracks performance. Education / Certifications B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years related experience or 10+ years professional experience Working knowledge of construction industry Strong stakeholder relationships Ability to make decisions under deadlines.

Preferred Requirements: Experience leading pursuits, understanding delivery methods, involvementin industry organizations, network of clients (Public and private within the greater Austin area) Soft Skills Strong communication, leadership, organization, motivation, and integrity.
